Ovellaura offers free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the contiguous United States.
Processing & Delivery Times
- Order processing: 2–3 business days
- Delivery after dispatch: 3–5 business days
- Rural or remote locations: Please allow an additional 3–5 business days
Business days exclude weekends and U.S. federal holidays. Delivery timeframes are estimates and may occasionally be affected by carrier delays, severe weather, peak shopping periods or other circumstances outside our control.
Orders to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes and APO/FPO addresses may be subject to additional shipping restrictions or charges. Any applicable costs will be displayed at checkout.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.
Please allow up to 24 hours from the dispatch date for your tracking information to become active in the carrier’s system.
Sales Tax, Duties & Customs Charges
Applicable state and local sales taxes may be calculated and collected at checkout based on your shipping address.
Orders delivered within the United States are not subject to customs duties. The total displayed at checkout—including any applicable sales tax and shipping charges—is the final amount you will pay.
